The last date to apply has been extended to 13th October 2026. Admission for July-August 2026 Session

Online admissions are open for the July-August 2026 session (First Semester) for various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, and Certificate programmes. The admission portal operates daily from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

The last date for admission for the July 2026 session has been extended to 13th October 2026.

Online Admission Process

To apply for admission to KKHSOU programmes, follow these steps:

  1. Create your ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credit account) through the Digilocker facility. This is mandatory for accumulating and transferring academic credits. You can create it via the admission portal by clicking “Click to Start”. You will need your Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License. If you already have an ABC ID, proceed to the next step.
  2. Create a UGC DEB ID in the Admission Portal. This is a unique permanent number for all your Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and Online programmes. If you have an existing UGC DEB ID, use it. After entering your UGC DEB ID, click “Get Your Details”, confirm your information, then “Click to Register” for KKHSOU programmes.
  3. Upon clicking “Click to Register”, you will automatically receive your Username and Password for the admission portal on your registered mobile number and email. Use these credentials to log in to the KKHSOU Admission Portal. If you forget your login details, use the “Forgot Password” option.
  4. After logging into the Admission Portal, fill in your personal details, select your desired programme, and enter other required information.
  5. Upload scanned copies of all necessary documents.
  6. Preview your submitted information and documents, then pay the admission fee online.
  7. After successful payment, download and save your admission receipt.

Required Documents for Online Application

For online fee payment, you will need a Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, or a Wallet/UPI service (such as Phone Pay, Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay).

  • Passport size photograph
  • Final Marksheet/Certificate of the last educational qualification
  • Any Photo Identity Card (PAN, Driving License, or Aadhaar card)
