Online MA Programmes Offered
For the July 2026 academic session, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) is launching fully online Master of Arts (MA) programmes in Assamese and English. More online programmes are expected to follow.

Fee Refund Policy
KKHSOU adheres to the UGC Fee Refund Policy 2024-25. A full refund of fees will be made for cancellations of admissions or migrations of students up to 30 September 2024. A deduction of not more than ₹ 1,000 as a processing fee will apply for withdrawals up to 31 October 2024.
For any admission schedule extending or commencing beyond 31 October 2024, the provisions of the UGC Notification issued in October 2018 on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates will apply.
