Fee Refund Policy

KKHSOU adheres to the University Grants Commission (UGC) Fee Refund Policy for the academic session 2024-25, which remains in force for subsequent academic sessions until a revised policy is issued. This policy outlines the percentage of fees to be refunded based on the timing of admission withdrawal.

Higher Education Institutions are required to make a full refund of fees for cancellations of admissions up to 30 September 2024. A deduction of not more than ₹1,000 as a processing fee applies for withdrawals up to 31 October 2024.
